RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Kingsbridge House, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURN PERIOD

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags attached.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that are requested more than 30 days after delivery.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Personalised or custom-made products

Gift cards

Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

Any item showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please include:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for your return request

Photographs if the item is damaged or faulty

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item arrived damaged

The item is faulty

An incorrect item was received

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Kingsbridge House cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different size, colour, or product, please contact our support team.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If your requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or an alternative product where appropriate.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number along with clear photographs showing the issue.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period, please first check with your bank or payment provider.
