SECTION 1 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes between 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service. During busy periods, deliveries may take slightly longer.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Kingsbridge House ships to most countries worldwide. If your country is unavailable during checkout, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active.

Can I change my order details?
If you need to amend your shipping address or contact information, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to make changes.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the details.
If the parcel has already been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact our support team with your order number and tracking number.
Our team will investigate the matter with the courier and provide assistance as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

How do I request a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

What if I receive a damaged or faulty item?
If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number along with clear photographs showing the issue. We will review the case and arrange a suitable resolution.
